DAY 3: Ssamziegil, Dragon Hill Spa

The day started off with an early trip to Gyeongbukgong Palace! Junwei's eyes are closed in this picture  lol!

The last time I was here at Gyeongbukgong in summer it was so unbearably hot but now it is so cold that the pond is frozen!

So glad we went to the Ginseng Chicken place again!

And Softree Ice Cream for the last time:)

Itinerary was on repeat till now when we went to Ssamziegil, a newly opened mall where all the artistic people and stalls gathered. It reminds me a lot of Heyri Art Village, just that this was like a mini version:)

This black sugar lollipop from a roadside granny store:)

Poop bread that tasted superrrr!!

Night was spent my favourite place in the entire of Seoul! #urbankids

Looking like celebrities eating their macaroon ice creams! I was too full to try one though!

At Myeingdong 먹쉬돈나 떡볶이 outlet. Despite going to two other outlets before, this outlet was very very disappointing. For one, the staff were very rude and impatient. Second, the food was really below standard, too spicy and not flavourful. Did not justify how good the other outlets were BOOOO…

After which, we went to Dragon Hill Spa, a very well-known spa at Yongsan Station:) As it is very well-known, everything was really commercialised and I felt 'safe'? Hahaha #urbankids

After paying for a tag each, there were many lockers for shoes. After going in, girls proceeded to the 4th floor, separated from the guys. We changed into the clothes they gave us and explored the place! Because there were so many naked girls walking around, I felt it was inappropriate to carry a camera around. Hence, I locked it up in my allocated locker! Then me and gwen explored the sauna area and went back to buy packets of shampoo and soap:)

The hot water was so therapeutic, especially after being in the cold for the past few weeks! Should have visited this place more often during the term!

After we were done bathing, we went down to the common area to meet the guys! All of us tried to fold the towel, learnt from Youtube video!!

Of course some hard-boiled eggs and barley drinks! Junwei cracked two on my head after winning scissors-paper-stone:(

So glad we made a trip to Dragon Hill Spa! If we had the time, we could actually spend a whole day here. There were many activities such as Zumba, yoga, food corners, arcades, manicure etc etc and even a cold room!:) Many families and PDA-ing couples around!
