Patbingsu 팥빙수
Patbingsu, meaning red bean with shaved ice, is a trending korean dessert with sweet toppings such as red bean, condensed milk, jam and ddeok ( its like our mua chi).
Its funny how I don't fancy Ice Kachang in Singapore but love this Korean summer dessert!
This is a collection of parbingsus I ate in my first 10 days:)
Droptop Cafe/ Green Tea Flavour
My first bowl, this was really big and I really liked the red bean:)
Place is famous for green tea, ice cream was good, but not the shaved ice!
Homilpat/ Milk, Fruits, Coffee Flavour
Korean Dessert Cafe 설빙/ Blueberry Cheesecake Flavour
My korean buddy brought our whole orientation group here for bing su. The whole chunks of cheesecakes within it really goes well with the frozen blueberries! Definitely worth the try:)
If you happen to be at Sinchon area, you MUST definitely try this patbingsu. According to my friends that frequent Korea, this is the best! The shaved ice is so fine that it instantly melts away in your mouth:) MUST TRY!
